Information clause
Hereby, in accordance with Art.13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR") we inform you that:
- The administrator of personal data is Magni Eastern Europe sp. z o.o.in Wypędy, ul.Platynowa 4 – 05-090 Wypędy, e-mail: j.kwiatkowska@magnith.com, phone: +48 537 188064.
- The purpose of personal data processing is conducting correspondence and negotiations regarding the conclusion of the contract, the conclusion and performance of a contract for the sale, maintenance and/or repair of telescopic devices and other machines and equipment in accordance with art.6 sec.1 a) and b) GDPR.
- The data provided by you will be made available only to recipients who guarantee confidentiality, operating on the basis of a contract for entrusting personal data / authorization of the Data Administrator, in order to perform the contract binding parties, e.g. employees of the Data Administrator, subcontractors, associates, accountant, software provider.
- The data controller being a company whose sole shareholder is an entity with Italian capital, will transfer personal data to Italy, to Magni Telescopic Handlers S.R.L.
- The data controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization within the meaning of the GDPR.
- Personal data will be stored until the statute of limitations for any claims arising from the contract, but no longer than for a period of 6 years from the date of its conclusion. In the event of initiation of a court dispute in the performance of the parties' agreement, the duration of which exceeds the above-mentioned period, the retention period will be extended until the final resolution of the dispute.
- You have the right to access your personal data, rectify, delete or limit processing, as well as the right to object to their processing and the right to transfer data, as well as the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection - on the terms and conditions set out in the GDPR.
- Providing and consent for processing personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition for conducting correspondence and negotiations regarding the conclusion of the contract, concluding and performing a contract for the sale, maintenance and/or repair of telescopic devices and other machines and equipment. If the consent is not granted and the data is not provided, it will not be possible to negotiate, conclude and implement the above agreement.
- Personal data provided by you will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
