New location, same values: Magni Deutschland relocates to Dülmen

Magni TH is taking a decisive step towards the future with the relocation of its German headquarters to Dülmen. This move is not simply a change of address, but a strategic decision that reflects the company’s clear vision: identifying the ideal location to guarantee ever higher standards of service, efficiency and market understanding.

Magni Deutschland GmbH officially moved into its new headquarters on 1 April 2026, following a period of sustained positive business performance that had pushed the capacity of the previous site in Greven to its limits. The new facility, located in the Weddern industrial estate in Dülmen, was completed after around twelve months of construction and represents a major investment in the company’s continued growth in the German-speaking markets.

The new headquarters has been designed to effectively meet the needs of a constantly evolving market, serving as a logistics and technical hub capable of efficiently supporting all operational and after-sales activities. A modern and functional environment, created to enhance the customer experience and optimise every stage of service.

The building combines a production hall, a two-storey office building and a spacious training centre, covering a built-up area of 12,600 m² on a site totalling 25,000 m². The facility includes:

  • 1,400 m² of office space, dedicated to administrative, commercial and coordination activities
  • 500 m² of workshop space, designed to support technical and service operations
  • over 7,500 m² of hall and warehouse space, dedicated to logistics management and storage.

In fact, the new Dülmen hub represents a benchmark for technical support, with dedicated spaces and an organisation designed to reduce response times and guarantee increased operational efficiency. At the same time, the large warehouse area enables optimal management of machinery and spare parts, improving product availability and ensuring a rapid response to market demands – a key factor in a sector where reliability and responsiveness make all the difference.

The location itself also plays an important strategic role. As Managing Director Alexander Reisch explains:
“The Dülmen-Nord site is ideal thanks to its direct motorway links and proximity to airports in the Münsterland and Ruhr regions. This excellent infrastructure provides ideal conditions for our daily transport operations.”

The relocation has also involved the transfer of 30 employees to the new headquarters, with further hires planned as the company continues to expand its activities. In addition to improving logistics and operational efficiency, the new facility will also support training initiatives and the development of new commercial and industrial roles.

This investment reaffirms Magni TH’s commitment to building a modern and robust network fully aligned with the quality standards that have always set its products apart. Because for Magni TH, performance is measured not only in its products, but also in the strategic choices that guide their development.
