Magni TH vertical mast lifts: compactness, precision and Oil-Free technology

Compact, manoeuvrable and fully electric, Magni TH vertical mast lifts are designed to enable operators to work at heights, even indoors, in narrow corridors and in areas with limited manoeuvring space.

The range comprises five models, offering maximum working heights from 5.66 to 12.4 metres and different lifting system configurations. A comprehensive range designed to meet the needs of sectors such as logistics and construction, while also being suitable for a wide variety of installation, maintenance and fitting-out tasks.

Compact solutions for a wide range of applications

Their compact dimensions and manoeuvrability make these vertical mast lifts particularly well suited to working inside warehouses, logistics centres and production facilities. They can be used, for example, for plant maintenance, lighting installation, racking management and work on internal structures.

In the construction sector, they are used for finishing work, plant installation and building maintenance activities. Their ability to operate with zero emissions and low noise levels also makes them ideal for use in airports, shopping centres, hotels, public buildings and other environments where noise and environmental impact must be kept to a minimum.

All the models in the range are battery-powered. The main differences lie in the maximum working height, load capacity, lifting system and the ability to perform horizontal movements to overcome obstacles.

The MJP11.5AC: agility and reach in confined spaces

The MJP11.5AC reaches a maximum working height of 11.2 metres and offers a load capacity of 200 kg. Its 345° turret rotation and 3-metre horizontal reach allow the operator to position themselves precisely, even when the work area is not directly above the machine.

The model is powered by 24 V, 240 Ah batteries and is fitted with non-marking tyres, making it particularly suitable for use on paved indoor surfaces. Its overall width of just one metre also allows it to manoeuvre easily, even in confined spaces.

The MJPT12.5: greater height with a telescopic boom

For jobs requiring a wider operating range, the MJPT12.5 is also available. This model reaches a maximum working height of 12.4 metres and a horizontal reach of 5.5 metres, while maintaining a load capacity of 200 kg.

The tilt and extension of the telescopic boom, combined with 345° turret rotation, provide access to work areas that would be difficult to reach using a purely vertical platform. The machine is powered by 48 V, 200 Ah lead-acid batteries and features AC electric motors for travel and lifting.

MJP Oil-Free: lifting goes fully electric

The Magni TH vertical mast lift range also includes three Oil-Free models: The MJP06OF, MJP07OF and MJP08OF.

On these lifts, the traditional hydraulic cylinder is replaced by an electric push rod. As a result, the lifting system does not require hydraulic fluid, helping to reduce the risk of leaks and making the machines particularly suitable for environments where cleanliness and contamination control are top priorities.

The electric motor also ensures low noise levels, zero emissions during operation and low energy consumption. Their lightweight, compact design facilitates movement and manoeuvring inside buildings.

The three models allow users to choose the most suitable solution based on the required working height:

  • The MJP06OF reaches a working height of 5.66 metres, offers a load capacity of 227 kg and is just 76 centimetres wide.
  • The MJP07OF reaches a working height of 6.7 metres, offers a load capacity of 230 kg and is fitted with a 50-centimetre extendable platform.
  • The MJP08OF reaches a working height of 7.6 metres, offers a load capacity of 227 kg and has a gradeability of 25%.

An electric range for efficient work at height

From the lighter, more compact Oil Free platforms to models fitted with a telescopic boom, the MJP range allows users to select the configuration best suited to the characteristics of the environment and the type of work required.

Different working heights, lifting systems and battery configurations are combined with the shared advantages of electric power, offering quiet operation, zero emissions during use and the ability to work with precision even in the most confined spaces.
