The Magni TH cab: designed around the operator
Comfort, visibility, control and high protection standards: the cab of the RTH rotating telescopic handler is a fully-fledged workstation, developed to support the operator during every phase of lifting operations.
On construction sites and in the most complex applications, machine efficiency also depends on the quality of the environment in which the operator spends their working day. For this reason, Magni TH has designed a cab that puts well-being, ergonomics and safety at the centre, integrating solutions engineered to make operations more intuitive, precise and comfortable.
Visibility and protection in every direction
The large glazed surfaces and the distinctive shape of the upper glass ensure excellent visibility, even when handling suspended loads or carrying out operations with the boom at height.
The overhead protective grille, fitted as standard, protects the operator without compromising their view. The cab is also ROPS/FOPS Level 2 certified, complying with high safety standards during all working phases.
Hermetically sealed and fully pressurised, it features an air filtration and air conditioning system, fitted as standard across the RTH range. The system has been optimised to promote rapid windscreen defrosting in colder environments and ensure improved air conditioning during the summer. The integrated sunblind, adjustable in two positions, further contributes to operator visual comfort.
Ergonomics and control at your fingertips
Every element of the driving position is arranged to make controls easily accessible and reduce fatigue during prolonged tasks.
The cab can integrate 7” to 12” touchscreens, an adjustable steering column, USB-A and USB-C ports, and two CAN BUS joysticks positioned near the armrests. Via the joysticks, the operator can manage the movements of the telescopic boom, turret and attachment without leaving a natural working position.
The Premium seat, available as standard from the RTH 6.22 model onwards, offers pneumatic suspension, headrest and reclining capability, depending on the model configuration. The LED lights installed beneath the armrests activate automatically when the doors open, facilitating access to the cab, while the rear ambient lighting improves internal visibility.
Safety integrated into the controls
Safety depends not only on the structure of the cab, but also on how the machine responds to user controls.
For this reason, joystick functions are deactivated when the operator is not properly seated. What’s more, activating movements requires pressing the designated confirmation button, reducing the risk of accidental operation.
The control panel also houses the controls for the stabilisers, chassis levelling, the parking brake, the emergency pump and the emergency stop button.
The Easy Access system, meanwhile, facilitates entry and exit from the cab: via the dedicated button on the joystick, the operator can automatically realign the turret with the chassis, bringing the machine into the correct access position. This system is also featured on the current product pages for the RTH range.
Tilting cab: a better upward view
A tilting cab (TC models) is available on six RTH models, with working heights ranging from 22 to 39 metres.
Mounted on a hydraulic mobile support, it can be tilted directly from the dashboard from 0° up to a maximum of 21°. Adjusting the angle allows the operator to follow the load and the movement of the attachment more easily, improving visibility during high-level operations and helping to reduce neck strain.
Elevating cab: an additional vantage point
For applications requiring an even wider view, three RTH models with working heights between 22 and 31 metres can be equipped with an elevating cab (EC Models).
The system allows the operator station to be raised up to 1.5 metres and tilted from 0° to +16°. The two movements, controlled separately, allow the vantage point to be adapted to operational requirements.
This solution is particularly useful when using attachments designed to work at height, such as devices for tree cutting and maintenance, offering the operator greater visual control, precision and efficiency.
A complete workstation
From panoramic visibility to the ergonomic layout of controls, and from air conditioning systems to tilting and elevating configurations, every element of the Magni TH cab is designed to offer the operator a comfortable, intuitive and protected working environment.
It is a design philosophy that translates operator well-being into greater control, precision and operational continuity.
