Magni TH extends its Spare Parts service hours
To provide even faster and more efficient support to its customers and partners, Magni TH is pleased to announce the extension of its Spare Parts department’s service hours. From 6 April, the service will be available continuously from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. CET, thus extending daily coverage and ensuring a more prompt response to enquiries.
The extension of the service hours has a clear objective: to further enhance the quality of support and respond even more effectively to the needs of customers and operators across different time zones. This decision reinforces Magni TH’s commitment to service continuity and strengthens its close ties with its network.
In fact, the Parts Department is a strategic point of reference in day-to-day relations with dealers and customers, not only for managing spare parts requests, but also as an operational hub supporting the after-sales network. Its work contributes to faster response times, supports technical activities and helps maintain a high level of machine efficiency in the field.
Alongside operational management, the Spare Parts Department also plays a vital role in listening to and interacting with the dealer network: constant contact with partners enables the department to gather information on requirements, observations and feedback, which are useful for progressively improving the service, optimising processes and offering support that’s increasingly in line with the real needs of the market.
With this extension, Magni TH has reaffirmed its commitment to providing increasingly accessible, timely and customer-focused support, highlighting the central role that the spare parts service plays in the after-sales experience.
